W-SL
The W-SL system is a parallel sliding frameless glazing system, in which the panels move parallel to each other, resting on the bottom profile. When opening the structure, you move only the first panel – the remaining ones slide automatically.
In the W-SL system, the weight of the panel is transferred to the bottom profile, which makes it possible to use larger panel sizes. The height of the bottom profile is only 11 mm, which allows the system to be used in shopping centres, offices and other spaces where the interior needs to be divided into zones. In addition, when installing the W-SL system there are no special requirements regarding the rigidity of the upper part of the opening, which makes it suitable for installation in timber structures.
Tempered glass 8–10 mm
Tempered glass is a type of safety glass that has undergone a special thermal treatment to increase its strength.
Powder coating
A powder-coated surface provides high resistance to scratches, abrasion, weather conditions and corrosion.
Roller for sliding panel
Carriage with 2 wheels. A small carriage with high load capacity can carry a panel weighing up to 60 kg.
What sizes are possible for a product in the W-SL system?
The structure can be divided into up to 10 panels. The maximum panel height is 2500 mm. The panel weight must not exceed 60 kg.
How are the gaps between the panes filled?
A slim aluminium profile is glued to the edge of each pane, into which a sealing brush is inserted.
What colour can the W-SL product have?
The profiles can be painted in any colour from the RAL palette, and the glass can be clear or grey/brown tinted as agreed with the client.
